Devyne Stephens, Founder of Devyne Intervention and CEO of Upfront Megatainment, hosted the 4th Annual “This Christmas” Holiday Gala at the prestigious Woodruff Arts Center. One of the most anticipated, star-studded holiday galas to take place in Atlanta each year, the black tie extravaganza raised funds for Stephens charity, Devyne Intervention, Inc.

Stephens states, “After seeing firsthand, the impact that music artists have on today’s youth, I knew creating music-focused programs was the best way for me to give back. Our programs support artistic initiatives that build self-esteem and confidence and develop skills that can be used in education, the community or the workplace.”

Stephens continues, “The annual holiday gala and fundraiser is one of the most important fundraiser efforts our foundation continues to host. Money raised this year will go towards music and art programs we have planned for 2012.”

This year, the annual gala brought out some of the biggest stars in Atlanta some include, actor Chris Tucker, Gucci Mane, Keri Hilson, Cynthia Bailey and Akon. The Red Carpet list continues with Mayor Kasim Reed, former Mayor Bill Cambell, comedian Rodney Perry, music producer Lil Ronnie, Young Dro, singer Brandi D, Princess from Crime Mob, actress Demeteria McKinney and many others. They came together to honor three influential figures who have made a huge impact in the areas of entertainment, sports, and media. Honorees include Grammy award-winning, multi-platinum producer ,Polow Da Don; basketball legend, Julius “Dr. J” Erving; and national news anchor, Monica Pearson. Guest speakers for the evening include Jack Sawyer and Lovette Russell who will both serve as the Master and Mistress of Ceremony, Martin Luther King III, Jasmine Guy, and Devyne Stephens himself, who will be making a special announcement about his 2012 partnership with the Woodruff Arts Center.
