Women on the Move held a Valentine’s Event at the Mason Murer Museum on Saturday to represent the Empowerment of Women. Leslie Harris, founder of WOTM, created this movement to help spread awareness and help less fortunate women around the Nation. The event was hosted by Emmy Award Winner Anchor of 11 Alive News Karyn Greer, and Mid Day Radio Host of Atlanta’s People Station V-103 Ramona DeBreaux.

Some of the honorees are:  Valerie Jackson, former First Lady of Atlanta; Elder Bernice King, Activist, Philanthropist;  Rashan Ali, radio and TV personality; Mali Hunter, Co-Owner Tree Sound Recording Studios/Artist; Noni Nicholas, BET Network Creative Executive; Tameka Raymond, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, (Multi-Business Owner); Darlene McCoy, Praise, Radio Personality; CEO Jamie Foster-Brown, Publisher of Sister to Sister Magazine;  Mary Catherine Sneed, Former Chief Operating Officer of  Radio One, and many more.  Fashion designer Michael Knight also came to show his support for women as well as many others.
