Atlanta is the truly Black Hollywood Tuesday evening the elite gathered to celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of Jamie Foster Browns Sister 2 Sister Magazine. Held at Atlanta’s Twelve Hotel in Atlantic Station, everyone who’s anyone in Atlanta was present.

The special award presentation was set to honor powerful and influential African-American Men, mistress of ceremony Kandi Burruss of the Real Housewives of Atlanta was absolutely fabulous as usual as awards were presented. Atlanta mayor, Kasim Reed, congratulated Jamie and presented her with the Phoenix Award, Atlanta’s highest honor.
Other honorees included producer Jermaine Dupri who presented BET executive, Stephen Hill; actress Terri Vaughn who presented her boss Roger Bobb; singer, Jeffrey Osborne presented executive Paxton Baster with a network award; 106th and Park’s Terrance J presented Liongate’s Will “Power” Packer and Rob Hardy with an uber-producer award.

I’ve always admired Jamie Foster Brown, truly setting an example for self publishing! Congrats Sister 2 Sister Magazine!
